It may depend on the issue?

May I ask what you did to cause this infraction?

Exclamation Help fast- reporting to release officer's office tomorrow

I was asked to report to my FEDERAL SUPERVISED RELEASE officer's office tomorrow at 10:30am. I believe he is violating me on a technical. Will I be arrested on the spot, or do I get a chance to go to the judge's hearing on my own? The BOP messed up and sent me HOME instead of court ordered half way house as a condition of my supervised release. The HWH will not accept me til I have a physical which I hhave to pay for. I have not done this timely enough, I am guessing, and that he is violating me.

I am not sure what's going to happen tomorrow. If then wanted to they could arrest you tomorrow. they might aslo say that it was up to you to ensure that you were following everything and that you should have said something? Good luck to you. I wish that I had more answers for you
