visitation while confined to quarters?

My husband is in PVSP (California), and pulled an adminstrative 115 for "going out of bounds". He has been Confined to Quarters (CTQ) until a hearing is scheduled. My question is, until I am able to track down the right person at PVSP with the correct information, does anyone know if an inmate is confined to quarters are they able to have table visits or yecchhhy glass visits? and how soon?

He is not able to use the phone to let me know either.
