Default Husband/wife both incarcerated, can one visit the other after release?

If a married couple gets sent to fed Prison both for white collar crime, same case ,Can the one that gets out the soonest visit the other one that is still in side?

It will be up to the probation officer(s), but I don't see why not. After all, you are married.

My guess is no while you are on probation. Apply, and if you are denied then make a request to the warden for a "special visit".

My suggestion is to apply and, when you do, attach a letter from your P.O. authorizing you to visit, and a copy of your marriage certificate. Be truthful on the application and then wait and see. If denied, then appeal to the warden and attach the same documents as well as documentation of any rehab programs you have completed.

I am curious about this as well. I was recently released from Texarkana FPC and my wife will be in FPC Marianna for the next year to year and a half. She was pregnant when we got locked up and just got done doing 18 months in the MINT program and had to return to Marianna a few days ago. I will be the only one able to bring our 3 children to see her so if they dont approve me, I dont know how she will be able to see the children.
