Default Artwork and page limits in mail to TDCJ.

Hello there.

I just found out my friend moved to this prison (I thought he was going to Garza) and well I need to know if there is a limit on how many pages I can send per envelope? And is there a limit to how many letters they can receive.

Always I am an artist working on a comic and I send my friend sketches and stuff, but when in jail I couldn't send any weapons (in the drawing) to him, though they were just poses. Is it possible to send poses with weapons in the art drawings? I am just curious and kind of new to the prison thing.

Thanks for reading and if you can help I'd appreciate it a whole lot.

Ah thanks, hey if I find his TDCJ # (it's only been a week) does this mean I can send him letters now since I have his number?

Yes, as soon as you find out his number, you can send mail! He might already show up on the locator and you only need his name to search for him, it will give you his number.

Don't send it to the Tenn Colony addy. That takes about a week extra to get there. Send it here:

So to clear up any questions I didn't have answered:

Artwork depecting weapons while in poses: Perfectly Fine

Also...if I decide to send him a pic of a chick in a thong and a bra...with no pink or brown or nipples showing...that's fine over Jpay right?

Yep. Although it prints out in B/W, so it's not that great of a picture. You can send regular pictures without showing nipples, pink or brown, but they can show everything else. I have sent some lingerie shots of me, and they show a LOT more than I have ever shown in a photo before, and they have all gotten through fine.
