Default Addressing letter to the ADW

My man wants me to write to the ADW but I'm not sure how to address it.

I would assume like this?:
ASPC Yuma
ADW Pyle
P.O Box 8909
San Luis AZ 85349

Or would it go to his unit?

Also, What are some things I should probably not say in my letter in regards to getting contact visits back?

Thanks

It looks OK to me if the ADW's name is Pyle.

Don't whine/complain, or in general sound like you're trying to dodge any responsibility or blame you may have in the situation (which I have zero info about, so disregard if this doesn't apply) Be logical, lay out the facts, keep overly emotional pleas to a minimum (but some if OK). Again, if you're part of the "problem" take that responsibility and apologize.

Thank you!
I read it over and over until it felt right. I played no part in getting our visits taken.
They saw that he got a ticket right before he got out from his first bid so they made him serve for it now which I thought was crazy but I even talked to the CO. Then he refused to house cause apparently he didn’t know he could just tell the CO he wanted to switch so that ticket left him with a year of non contact starting in November. Which would mean I wouldn’t see him til he comes home. Be like a blind date not seeing him after two years.

So hopefully it all works out.
He sent his letter to the ADW a week or so ago and they just now got him started in a program which I read in the DOC policy is a requirement if they want to get visits back. So I’m feeling better (:
