Default What are the restrictions for Interstate Compact of parole?
Can I be paroled to my home state of Tennessee? I'm facing 2.5 years for absconding probation on a possession charge from 2015. I live in TN. Would I be eligible for parole after 1 year and will they allow the transfer to the state of TN?

What are the restrictions on out if state transfers for parole?
