Default Assault 3rd degree

My fiancé is charged with assault 3rd degree. He didn’t actually hit the emt as he was restrained before he could. Anyone know how much time he could get. This is his first time being in any trouble. He was being transported by ambulance to the hospital at the time. I’m in Kentucky

That's a class D so 1-5 years are possible. However, since he was just charged and hasn't been through the whole court process yes, I'd be careful of posting anything online.

Depending on the circumstances, IMHO, his charge could be dropped to a misdemeanor & an offer of probation. Please advise him to not talk to the police, Prosecutor, cellie, or on the phone about the charges. His attorney should be the only person he speaks with about his side of the story. This includes you as there is no Attorney/Client privilege between the two of you.
