Not too bad. The chaplain sent the approval to the courthouse in November. I downloaded the application from the courthouse just before I came over. I filled out my part, got a JP to witness it. I spoke with the guards the other day about my guy signing the forms. He booked the librarian, who is a notary. The librarian came and spoke with me, to check my part was done, as he could only do my other half a part. So they both filled out the forms and stamped them. I took them to the courthouse, $83 and about 10 minutes and I have them.

Bittersweet. You want to he really excited, but there is nobody to share it with so its tinged with sadness.

We are getting married in July. The celebrant is booked, there might be an issue as he will be moving facilities around that time, he thinks It might be just after But, cross that hurdle when we get there. I think we just go ahead and plan it for this one anyway.

I am pretty sure it applies for all Arizona prisons. I am from Australia which makes it a little more complicated. We started at the end of last year. The chaplain needs to approve it before it can go any further, then you need to go to the county website to get the license info.
