Default Out Of State Travel

I have a friend who is about to be paroled from a 6-to-15 sentence in Michigan at the first opportunity (after 6 years). I asked her how long she'll be on parole but I forget the answer. I realize of course that every case, situation, and person is different, but is there a normal range of the amount of time before a PO would permit her to travel out of state? This assumes of course that she has an otherwise spotless record of compliance with her parole. I can travel to see her in Michigan of course, but I can't take her to the Metropolitan Opera, or the Grand Ole Opry, without leaving Michigan. (Hmm, was just trying to think of two things we'd like to see, didn't particularly mean to have two musical events that are similar in name.)

Her specific parole conditions will be set by her parole officer. Here's what Michigan DOC says about it. If she is approved for out of State travel, her permission isn't necessarily limited to one location, as long as the PO approves an itinerary with multiple stops during the trip.

"Parolees must meet certain conditions to maintain their parole status. There are general conditions of parole which require the parolee to report regularly to the parole agent, prohibit travel out of state without the agent's permission, require the parolee to maintain employment, to obey the law, to submit to drug and alcohol testing at the agent's request, and to reside at an approved residence. The parolee must also avoid any unauthorized association with known criminals and cannot possess firearms. Often, the Parole Board imposes special conditions of parole which are based on the offender's background and crime, and are intended to provide the right amount of structure to increase the parolee's chance of making a successful adjustment".
