Default He asked me to marry him

Ok so my man just got out 6 months ago after doing 9 years, he got out on parol just 2 months ago he ended up cutting off his monitor going back to jail and getting an escape charge....he's looking at anywhere from 2-12 years and is now asking me to marry him most everyone is telling me it's only cause he's getting so many years others saying he's got an altering motive....I love him and will wait till the end of time for him.....my family disapproves of the situation....what can I say or do

I think it could be that we found kut i was lregnamt but ended up having a miscarage.... Byt other than that i don't know y he didn't ask me wen he was out I was planning on asking him that tomorrow wen I go visit him....

I would see what he says when you go to visit. He might have realized how good he has got it with you sticking by his side and came to his senses. lol. And I have to say AWWW cause I love proposals. lol. But see what he says and decide whether his explaination is good enough for why he didn't ask you when he was out.

So ok he said he wishes he would have asked me befor he got hemmed up but his SO CALLED FRIEND turned him in before he got the chance to

I think you need to contemplate where his priorities lie. He is not taking accountability for cutting off the monitor....do you not see a problem with that? Sounds like you are sacrificing your life for someone who thinks very little of your worth by risking his freedom when he was at the finish line. Would he wait for you if the tables were turned?

This thread is 6 years old so the OP is likely to have made decisions and moved on.It is fine to comment though as your post may help someone else.
