You are going to have a very hard time getting a judge to remove any kind of
criminal protective order, restraining order Especially if you are the victim and you want to make contact with the person who the orders are against
With any kind of protective order in place if you are the victim.
I have heard all of the reasons why people want these orders removed.
The person whom this order is for. Needs to start taking self- help, anger management and any other type of these services. before they even think about petitioning the court to modify the order

So your saying the inmate has to take special classes for them to consider lifting the order?

But he did hurt you again, and go back to prison for it, as you stated.
Sometimes a program, or DV counseling should be mandatory prior to the amended OOP.
Amber you are so lucky he didnít take you life of permanently disable you.

Yeah i am i go to DV counseling with safe homes on line now yeah maybe every situation is different and judge its really up to them but i think that when a judge puts the order in place at sentencing after that its harder to get it vacated as to do it before sentencing because they already have the order in place he originally violated the order that's how its was agg crim contempt why he's on parole now but the judge said don't need an order if he's going to prison this was back in 2016 got 5 yrs for that
