Default Aaron Hernandez convicted of first-degree murder

I understand Odin Lloyd's mom (God Bless Her) and the pain of the Odin's family, it was (is) a terrible senseless loss. I know this as a victim myself because of my mother's cry and our/my loss of losing my brother in 1989 (I miss him tremendously). However PTO family, let us not forget the Aaron Hernandez family. They are very much a victim as well (though the media ignores). PTO welcomes all for support and understanding as a family - just like you and me.

I honestly did not expect this, until the closing arguments where his atty said he was there but didn't know what to do.

Prayers to all involved.

May I ask? You need not answer...Why did you not expect this result? Regardless of your answer, isn't all involved a victim?

A couple reasons, I didn't read about some of the essential details until after the conviction (the rental car keys in the pocket, the DNA on the joint, etc.) Also, I think we can both say that individuals who have paid representation tend to have fewer convictions than public defenders. Lots of time money talks.

And yes, all involved are victims. That is why I stated "Prayers to all involved."

I honestly was expecting him to go to prison. I'm sorry for the victim, but not for his part in the crime.

Everyone is a victim, especially his little girl who has to grow without a father, then when she is old enough to know the truth it will crush her.
What the victims mom said about forgiveness must have taken so much out of her.
My prayers are with both of the families.

No everyone is not a victim. It was his choice to go out and viciously kill someone, but he thought he got away with it. Now, that his freedom is taken away he can't face reality. The victim's family I understand if they can't forgive or it will take time to, but a life for a life.
