Arrow Few questions First time and going federal

I'm going to jail in 1 week from now for 5.5 years and i have a few questions
Ontario Canada/5.5 years/drug charge/first offence/non violent/post secondary education/28yrs old
1. info about pen packs is there a list of what can be sent?
2. When to send
3. how much money should i put in my savings and everyday account?
4. How long does the assessment at joyceville usually take?
5. Is joyceville just as bad as provincial? i was in maplehurst when arrested.
6. Is there such thing as early release for other reasons besides day parole full parole etc?

Any info would be greatly appreciated
