Hi , my 20 year old son is waiting for sentencing and will be going to 1 of several prisons. Most likely the one in windham or charlston. If anybody has any information about visiting practices or opinions of these facilities please pm me or post it here. Im new here and trying to get all the information I can about Maine prisons. Hello My Brother Is In Jail Some Where in Maine And I Live out Of state And Havent Seen Him Or Heard from Him in like 5 Yrs. He got Arrested in March 2005 in Auburn, Maine I was looking for him online when I Came across the news His Name is Kenneth Rideout Jr. I Was Wondering If Anyone Knows How I Can Find out what Jail or Prison He is in So i May Write him And his Nieces and Nephew Can Also? My youngest son is at the Central Maine Pre-Release Center in Hallowell (coming out Jan 6 after 31 months incarceration at Windham and there) and my oldest is at Bolduc Correctional Facility in Warren, after being in MSP. He'll be out in August '06.

My man, Mike used to be at Maine State Prison in Warren but was transfered to New Jersey State Prison in Trenton. It just so suck cuz i will have to drive long hours to get there! I wish the state just let him stay in Maine so i can visit him constantly.

My Fiance is in Androscoggin County Jail.. waiting to decide if he is going to take his prison sentence of 30 months or if he will take inpaitent reab in bangor.. He's been in 16 months in the last 24.. this time he's been there since July.. My best friend is in Maine State Prison in Warren, he's getting ready to wrap up a 2 1/2 bid, another friend in MSP just started a 5 year bid.. and two in Windham.. both serving a year..
