Default Residency approval for parole

Hey all. I spoke to a parole officer in Tucson AZ. I called the parole office to ask about the approved places someone can go to and asked if they’re able to go into an apartment etc. Basically they told me that the only time they speak to a landlord if you’re renting somewhere, is when the person had a charge for aggravated assault, arson or sex ofender. Just thought I’d pass on this info.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately this is just another thing that varies widely depending on county and even parole office/officer.

As an inmate who just went through the parole process, they have implemented new policies. Previously, they would not allow inmates too parole to an address without someone residing too it. They now allow inmates to parole to their own residence's. Utilities must be in their name. Proof of ownership (mortgage bill, Lease agreement, etc).

Also, if you are paroling too an address where there is a felon present, if that person is blood related, they now allow it.
