Angry Needing info on segregation at Farmington Correctional Center

My Fiance got placed in "the hole" on April 2nd. He got a violation on April 17th. On April 18th he was teamed and got 20 days Dis-seg with a referral to Ad-seg and 6 months contact visit restriction. On April 20th, his contact visit restriction was amended, and we get contact visits back on August 1st. On May 4th, he saw the Ad-seg committee and they told him he is still under investigation, and gave him 30 more days. They will see him again on June 2nd. My question is this: how long can they keep him in segregation with a pending investigation, without giving him a violation? They will not even tell him what he is being investigated for. I cannot find any information in the handbooks, or online, about the investigation process for Missouri DOC. He is scheduled to do phase II of MOSOP the first part of June. I don't want the investigator to keep him in the hole past his date to do the program, for fear he will be removed from the program. I have called the investigator a couple of times, and he will not tell me anything other than the investigation is not closed. I have called the FUM, and case managers, in both HU 5 and HU 25, and I really have not gotten a sufficient answer to my investigation questions. I need to know how long the investigator can drag his feet on this and keep my fiance in HU 5. Anyone who has some insight in this matter, please reply or PM me. Thank you very much, and have a blessed day.

Anyone know of an attorney in Missouri that can help. So much going on, and I'm not having much luck.

Truth be told, I don't know much about the Missouri system, but from past experience reading others' stories, they can hold him as long as they want and feel the need to investigate. This is really an internal investigation from within the prison, and I doubt seriously if an attorney can help at this point.

Well damn. That's what I'm afraid of.
