Default PA drug court

I have a question my boyfriends lawyer applied for his case to be moved to drug court on may 1st he said that it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to get approved. it has been 4 weeks today and we have yet to hear anything. has anyone else been through this and have an idea how much longer it will take?

Drug courts exist in several counties but not all of them. Can you tell me which county?

I checked the court calendar for Somerset County. It appears that the "Treatment Courts" sit only one or two days per month, so this may explain why things are moving slowly.

If you go the the Somerset County website, you can follow links to their courts and then to the court calendars.
