As of October 2017 the approved vendor list is as follows; Best buy, Target, Music by mail, Barnes and Noble, Edward R. Hamilton booksellers ( might be the one you used) Oldies.com, Deep Discount.com, Discoteca Andrea, Jane's paperback swap-n-shop.
Over the weekend I was made aware there is a new mail room officer, and they were gonna start following DOC mail policy. So this list is subject to change, I'm sure. If anyone is interested the mail policy is Arizona DOC policy 914

You are welcome!! Also, starting New Year's Day, Red Rock will be having holiday visits this year! Super excited as for the last 2 years they haven't. We have a new visitation Sgt. Who has decided to follow DOC visitation policy. The food visit schedule is out online at the Red website. Food visits will only be 4 hrs this year. :

I've been sending CDs from Walmart.com to Perryville with no problem whatsoever. They do require the edited non explicit versions though.

I have a pen pal at ASPC Eyman, Browning Unit and i wanted to send him a book from Amazon. The problem i seem to be having is that it will not accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address. Can someone direct me as to where I can find the physical address that Amazon will accept and it make it to my pal?

I am from Canada and want to send my pal a book. He is at ASPC Eyman and I can't seem to find any site that will accept the shipping information and me being a resident in Canada. Help....I have tried Walmart, Barnes and Noble. I am beyond frustrated.

Here is the customer service number for Barnes and Noble... 1 800-843-2665. Try giving them a call... Sometimes things can be done via telephone.

You can also call the mail room and find out if they have any suggestions. I'm sorry... I don't have ASPC Eyman in my phone anymore.

I use Barnes and Nobel and I am in the UK I am registered and use my British card , I can also buy from Walmart. I would call them and see if they can help you over the phone.

Hi there! There doesn't seem to be an official approved list. Best bet is to call the mail room where your loved one is and ask. I've merges your post with this thread where others are asking and answering the same question.

Hi, my LO is requesting guided meditation CDs. He says Best Buy and Walmart is allowed, but I'm reading here that Walmart is supposed to be approved and others are having difficulties with them. How do I find out who the approved vendors are? Should I call the prison? I try not to bother the staff too much, but I really would like to know. My LO is really trying hard, and of course, I want to encourage it. BTW, my LO is in a private GEO prison.
