Default Going on three months home and we are blessed

My Mwi has been home almost three months and life is good. He has been working since ten days out and was in a parole studio for about two months. during the two months he was there we decided we would have him parole to my house when he left the hwh. He moved in last week and so far it's been great. Next week he starts a community service program that will lead to a six month internship and a job working with other convicts to help them when they get out. This is such an great opportunity that the program director and his parole officer think will be a good job for him. Apparently Oregon is finally getting it that convicts do better with other convicts supporting and mentoring them. It says a lot about how well he is doing that he was even referred to the program. We grow closer as we get to know each other and about each other it is a process but it has been a lot of fun too. I know that MWI relationships get a lot of scrutiny, but it has been he best thing I ever took a risk on in my life. My only complaint so far and what I didn't plan for was that he never turns lights off and likes them all on. It took me a few days to realize it's because they don't touch the lights in prison. If that's been the worst thing so far I believe I've been blessed! Hang in there everybody there are good people on the inside!!!
