Im sorry to hear this for you.
Im assuming she is still in county jail?
You may want to call the jail and ask if you will be allowed to visit with the younger children. (just to cover bases)

For one thing, arrive early. Dress conservatively.
Bring change so if you need money for a locker for your purse, you will have it.
Be sure to keep anything that could be considered contraband in the locker or the trunk of your car. (cell phones, ciggy's etc....)
Bring your id (at our jail they make you hand it over at the start of the visit, then give it back when visits are over)

You might also check your county's jails web page and read up. Ours has a page giving you the basics.

Might need their birth certificates to bring them in.

Check with the prison/jail to find out what they will require for all of you to visit your Mom. Otherwise you might be turned away.

The county jail may have a website that lists visit procedures & times. I don't know of any county facilities that have lockers for personal items. Leave your purse, cell phone etc in the vehicle. Take in only your driver's license and car key. I would call the jail and ask if they need anything special (birth certificate, notarized permission for parent/guardian) in order for the minor children to visit.

Welcome to PTO!

EDIT: Some facilities require advance appts for visits. If they don't have a website with that info, ask when you call!
