Default Michael Bascum Selsor OK RIP

"An Oklahoma man convicted of murdering a Tulsa convenience store manager almost 37 years ago was executed by lethal injection Tuesday."

Thirty seven years! So he served life and then they killed him. May he be at peace now.

Here is the article.

37 years? That is ridiculous.

May he rest in peace.

when will it stop? he served a life sentence and they still executed this man, that is murder in my eyes. if they insist on killing prisoners, do it early instead of making them serve long periods of incarceration. so very, very cruel and senselss

I think my last post was misunderstood as it was deleted. What I meant is that it is shocking and unbelievable and 1000x more negative to "murder" someone 37 years after the fact. In fact it is shocking that this kind of "sentence" (I call it premeditated murder)
is undertaken at any time for any reason. We live in a strange world indeed.
Hope that clarifies my point of view.
