I'm in love with this man. He's in love with me. I call him Tay, and he's located in WA State DOC for a 8 year sentence. How long do you people who are charged with an 8 year sentence do on good behavior? I really don't know how it works. All I know is that he's been incarcerated for about a year, and I miss the ish out of him
It would depend on his Static Risk Assesment (HV, HNV, MOD, LOW) is and what his crime of conviction is. Don't confuse the Static Risk Assesment with what his custody level is (Close - Min). They are way different and many times can almost be oposite of each other. Without knowing those two factors, it could range from 50% to 10%.
