Red face Intro--Bxtwyn24 from New York

hello everyone, i am new to this webiste. ive been trying to figure out how to make posts or blog on here but ive been confused lol. Anyways im from NYC and my fiance had been incerated for almost three months federally for a drug conspiracy case that carries a MM of ten yrs. Prior to him going into actual prison he served 17 months on house arresst, then the prsecutor asked him to go in. My fiance already pled guilty to the 10 yr MM. im just wondering if anyone can share some insight about the house arrest being credited towards his sentence. he still hasnt recieved a sentencing date yet. His lawyer claims the HA is going to get credited which is why my Fiance chose to stay on it instead of immediately staying in jail from the beginning. Any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated. i also have one more question i would like some advice on. Since my fiance's case is a conspiracy case, he was arressted at our home, but i was lucky and forunate enough not to get taken in custody as well. But i read so many stories of wives and girlfriends being involved with there significant others cases since with a conspiracy case they can link anyone they chose together and arresst them even with no evidence at all, that even though its been almost two years since he was first arrested i still fear of the cops coming to get me. Is this still a valid possibility even though my fiance was already charged and pled guilty to the crime? If the government chose to can they still arrest me after all this time just because we lived in the same apartment?? im sorry to sound paranoid but its just a thought that always crosses my mind ever since he had to turn himself in three months ago. Anyways anyone with aany responses can inbox me cuz im not even sure how to see my post again lol. thanks everyone for listening to me. its hard not having anyone to share my thoughts with. this site seems very helpful im glad i found it

Patchouli describes it best if you read her post by clicking here. I know I was confused at first also, but just kept on clicking around until I got the hang of it. Welcome to PTO and hopefully all your questions are answered by some informed people.
