Is it common for VTDOC to have problems getting the paperwork straight?
Is it common from the VTDOC to have problems getting the paperwork straight? My husband is currently sitting in solitary confinement in Lee Adjustment Center in KY because the DOC, even after being provided with the correct paperwork the FIRST time they had it wrong, STILL had my husband misclassified as a felon. When they found out for the second time that they had the wrong information, they had to isolate him from everyone else because it is against the law from him to be mixed with the felons, I guess? And now they are saying it will take 2 weeks to get a bus to him to bring him back to VT. Is this common? They even insisted on taking his DNA despite the fact he's not in for a felony, so I know that will probably be a task to get that removed. What are the odds we're going to run into this again when he is released?
