Default Questions about a UA

This is a ua my friend takes randomly at a class he has to attend weekly. He got injured and, stupidly, took a small dose of a muscle relaxer the dat before class, then had a ua. What will this show up as? Thanks to anyone with info

There really isn't an answer - as it depend on what they test for, and what the "muscle relaxer" is. If it was a prescription from a Doctor, he's fine. If it's "over the counter" he's probably fine. Otherwise, there may be issues.

The idiot took 5 mg of flexeril which is a muscle relaxant, and often comes in a dosage of 10 mg. I believe the class he goes to is anger management, I am not close with him so not really sure.

Usually, when one gives a UA, they are asked if they are taking any prescription medications and your friend should have told them at the time. If he didn't and it shows positive for it, then he needs to get a copy of the doctor's prescription to show the treatment folks or his P.O. or both. If he took someone else's prescription, he's out of luck and, in my opinion, needs to fess up and not just say he "doesn't know how he could have tested positive." Then he and whomever can address the issue.
