Thank you!! They moved my man Friday... why friday????Sometimes I think...Are you playing with us??? and then..today arrived a letter from Oakland county saying: "you have failed to report...Failure to report in your case being moved to a higher level of supervision and possible bond revocation"...really? he is in prison..how they did not know?...do you think I have to call?
Oddly enough, the MDOC does not "communicate" with the agents. If someone who is on parole is picked up on new charges or on a parole violation they do not contact anyone. I was told by an agent once that they never know what's going on and it's almost as if they are two separate entities. lol! If you want to contact his agent and let him or her know what's going on it would save some headaches.
Oh, and has been said, they do not update on weekends, but it is usually updated by late morning on Mondays. : )

My bf was arrested twice while on parole, and his agent was notified immediately both times. Once was on a PV (curfew), the other the new charge he is in for now, along with PV (new charge, among others.....ugh!!!) I would definitely call his agent about the letter!
