I wrote an e-mail to my pp on Polunsky DR in the beginning of January.
Now I recognized that I forgot to put my full address on it (in every day e-mail use you seldom put the whole address on) There is only my name on it.
Do they forward it to the inmate or do I have to mention my complete address on each e-mail I send?
Maybe jpay has a way to have a fixed signature (in order not to forget)?
Before this e-mail I have sent some e-mail with my complete address and he got it.
You don't need to put your mailing address on JPays for them to be delivered to the inmate BUT if you want a response you're going to have to include your mailing address in the JPay for TX inmates since they aren't allowed to respond via JPay unless you know your friend already has your mailing address.

I never put in any address using Jpay email. I just log into my account, click on his name and hit email. I write whatever I want and send it. He always gets it. Works just like my personal gmail account.
Unless of course, like Niki said, if they don't have the ability to email you back and have to write a snail mail letter, you'd have to include your mailing address if they don't already have it
