Hi everyone, I'm trying to get information about offenders in East Texas Treatment Facility for violating parole. My husband is there and he was told he sous have to be there from 60 to 90 days. His 60 days would be up on the 18th of October. He has to be on a monitor once he comes home we have already set up the extra phone line, he has an address to parole to, and still has a job awaiting him. What I want to know is will he be able to come in the 60 days or will they make him stay longer.
My husband is currently in East Texas Treatment Facility for a parole violation and we were told the program is from 60 to 90 days and his 60 days will be up at the end of this month. Will he be able to come home or will they keep him longer. Is there a number I could call to get his exact release date
If he has an address to parole to then his chances of getting out in 60 days are pretty good. If he doesn’t then it could up to 180 days. People on monitors are not necessarily at risk of being kept any longer than those without monitors. If you have the phone line installed already then he should be good to go. This is the telephone number and info on where he’s at:
