Johnson is pretty much like all the other state camps. The only noticeable difference is that the inmates are either in RSAT, have health/medical issues or are in the sex offender program.
Visitation - the same 9-3/bring quarters & ID
Phones/GTL - same
People who want to collect checks and not do any work - the same
Some people in positions of power or whose jobs are to help inmates and don't/have bad attitude when you ask them to - the same
Monthly Packages - the same
The only difference we experienced was Warden Morales who actually seems to care about his inmates. Hopefully he will help implement things that make his staff accountable. My man left JSP less than two months ago so I doubt if there's been any major changes.
RSAT participants live together and apart from general population. They attend classes 4 days a week. During Phase 1 & 4 its for half the day. Phase 2 & 3 are full days.
