Looking for Richard Eugene Lell

My husband got arrested in California in September. California says they relased him to Alabama on Oct. 28th nut Alabama shoe=ws him is California. Any advice would be helpful in finding out where he is.

He is not in Federal custody. His name is Richard Eugene Lell and He is supposed to be going to Kilby in Alabama. I am really worried about him. My cancer just got changed from stage1 to Stage2. And I have no way to let you know

why didnt he find you? you guys didnt stay in touch while he was locked up?
