I have had a letter from Danielle 3 weeks ago and I can tell you that he doesn't look forward to a life after dead, they can write it down very nice.
He wrote confused, I should almost say afraid....
I hope my letter back received him on time...
This is from a court file, I can't find the part that he says he is looking forward...:
I’m tired of being in a institution that’s unjust,
degrading, and corrupted – whereas on the other hand,
I’m tired of struggling to survive in a system that’s
highly injustices. “I’m ready to die”!! If I can’t be free – “Kill Me”.!!

It's sad indeed,
it makes me so angry that they write it down like he can't wait till the moment is there, damn, he has 2 little kids, no one want to die before seeing they're kids grow up.
Does any one of you know if there is a possibility at a stay?
I know he 'volunteered' but I believe he took that back a little while ago...

So far evrything has been denied but there is always hope. Try and hang in there. We'll see what tmw brings.

Nothing else to do then that....
Until how long for 'it' is gonna happen is there a chance for a stay?
Wrote him a little letter... unfortunally he will never gonna be able to read it if he doesn't get a stay, which is very likely...
Just put it down here, I know he knows how I think about all this, that's good to know...

This made me cry so hard. Know that my thoughts and prayers are for you and all those that love him. You are NOT alone!!!. There are many here on this board that have gone through dates, and have even gone through executions that know what you are feeling and going through. You need to talk, we are all only a PM away, or just a post away.

you said it so well. The words you said could have come from my mouth as well, as I had a very, very close and dear friend who got executed. Close to the end he told me the same, that he doesn´t want to die, because of his friends and loved ones, but that he couldn´t take that horrible situation in prison any longer. That the life they´re living in this tiny cells with less contact to others, the degredation and darkness were almost as horrible as death. He was so hurt, sad and angry before his execution. Because they get treaten like animals and not human beings. It´s so, so very sad.

Cindy would your letter from him possibley show that he's confused? afraid? Can that be forwarded to the governor? I"m sure they have to know that any one can say something out of anger, confusion. My heart goes out to you and his family. I hope he receieved your letter.
