Default The Peace and Justice Community Summit - San Bernardino, CA

If you think you might attend, you should call and get more info, especially if you are expecting free lunch and/or are in need of child care. If too many show up, they may not have enough food or resources!!

Formerly-Incarcerated People SPEAK OUT
Inland Empire Peace & Justice Summit

Saturday, February 4, 2006
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Church of the Nazarene
1605 N. Sierra Way – San Bernardino
Childcare and Community Lunch will be provided

This Summit will be a forum where people with direct experience in the criminal justice system can testify and present our concerns to community leaders and decision-makers.
It’s time for an open and honest dialogue with all segments of the community.

Let’s talk about:
HEALTH SERVICES
JOBS
BENEFITS
HOUSING
IMMIGRANT RIGHTS
KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER

This forum will be unique because it is being organized by
formerly-incarcerated people, to speak in our own voice.
Our families, community, and churches are strongly encouraged to attend.

This Peace & Justice Summit is sponsored by All of Us or None (an organizing initiative for former prisoners, prisoners, and our families), Time for Change Foundation and Young Visionaries Youth Leadership Academy.
