No, My Mr has never been off paper  , but he's mentioned waiting on the Gold Seal in the past. I just asked him...he said the seal is on the paperwork, I guess more like a copy.
Yep, I found Myt Mr's release paperwork....the seal itself looks like a stamp (think notary stamp), that is on an original with the inmate's copy being just that, a copy.
