The issue is there is so much leeway, anywhere from a full year, - to zero HWH, that the decision of how long is often a local determination, aka by the warden who reviews each case. Another consideration is HWH bed availability at a time when the bop has been cancelling a number of existing HWH contracts. The case manager makes a request, but the final decision is up to the HWH, do they have room on the proposed date?

His options are probably limited to the HWH in the federal judicial district where he will serve his supervised release/probation sentence, so search by location..
