Thanks for the info. I have read on the NP website that offenders serving two - three are eligible for full parole at 1/3 of sentence which would be 8mths for my husband. I had no idea he had to be on day parole for 6 mths. So now that means he can't be paroled for 1yr? Why do the even put that info on thei website if it's not true? Everyone kept telling him keep your head down and you'll be out in 6mths. First time offender, no criminal record, non violent offence. So many different rules.
