Early termination supervision release
I plead guilty and I was sentenced to one month in prison and 6 months of house arrest and 3 years of probation which, when I was 6 months on probation, mi po suggested that I finish paying the restitution and request the early termination the judge denied it to me and said that when I arrived a year I could consider it. the problem is that they changed me the officer moved me at low risk and ask the judge again. My po called me and he told me that the judge denied again my lawyer says he has not received anything from the judge, but I really need the early termination because I just come to the country back comply with justice because of my mistake. I have my children and falmilia out of here my business, I was studying too. I have no life here I need to finish to go back home. I appreciate any response!

Welcome to Prison Talk. Early termination of supervised release requires the approval of the judge, many of whom follow the probation department's recommendation. I served every day of my SR, so don't count on getting off sooner until it actually happens.
