Can anyone calculate release date?
 
My man got arrested june,5th,2019 got sentenced october,1,2019 and currently resides in wasco as of oct,28,2018 the court assistant of the judicial officer told he he got 1 year credit off his sentenced served while in jail he was told to serve 80% of sentence he got 3 diff charges in 1 case which are 8 months jail/state prison, 8 months jail/state prison, & 3 years jail/state prison total sentence was 4years, 4months commitment to state prison!

You don't provide enough information. Arkansas sentencing laws are complex. Was he charged as a habitual offender? What was the crime of conviction? How many days jail credit was he given on the sentencing order? Were the sentences run concurrent? Was he sentenced to ADC or ACC? A lot goes into a sentences computation. I've attached some info about how sentences are computed. Have you asked his attorney? They will know the answers to a lot of these questions that will help you figure it out.

It sounds like he's been given three sentences and he's serving them concurrently and will be out in four years and four months. and with good behaviour he should be out in three years four months. At lease that's how i understood it.
