Becoming more involved on PTO

Hey:idea:
I know so many people ask this question and I cant seem to find the answer or no one ever answers it when its asked where I am looking ! I was wondering what is the process of becoming something more to the PTO team? If someone can just share what steps need to be taken to head in the right direction. I would be so grateful. Thank you for your help!

Reseach Asssistants are nominated by current staff who base their nominations on the member's experience, posts, length of membership and the current needs of PTO. All staff begin as Research Assistants and are bumped up to Moderator based on thier grasp of our Posting Guidelines and their interaction with other members....its a learning process. Thanks for asking! :)

I am interested in being a research assistant. I try to be on here at least 40 hours a week.

PTO is always looking for volunteers! To be considered for a PTO Research Assistant position, you must have been a member for at least six months and have a post count of at least 150. You will also need a computer or laptop as some staff functions are not compatible with cell phone applications. You can PM member PTO Liaison for more info!
