need some help, if you would....

In terms of probation violations, is there anything on the books called the 3 strike rule? That probation cant be revoked if there hasnt been 3 technical violations? Is there any truth to this? thanks for any info you all can give to me. (case in point, my loved one only had 1 violation in 4yrs, 8 months)

When we were in court, it was said that the offender had to go 5 years without a similar type crime... Sounds like he was 4 months shy...
