OK, heres my situation. My man was just released from Prison in Arizona then he had a warrant out of TN, so they came and arested him and he's now in jail in Memphis TN and his bond is set at 3500.00. The guy I talked to from the TN sheriffs dept. said I'd have to go through a bailbondsman here in AZ. I was wondering if anyone has ever went through a bailbondsman to get someone out of jail in another state?

If you use a bondsman in AZ for a TN bond you will have to make sure someone from AZ takes it to TN themselves, which is not likely unless you have lots of $ to pay for the travel expenses 0r make sure AZ sets up someone in TN to take the bond to the courthouse for them. Bonds have to be written and put into effect in the same state as they are being used to secure the release. Ck with the bondsman before you give them your money!

Yes it takes a lot I had to put out $5000 cash just to get my husband out plus another $300 for the paper work to get dropped off! Next time he can stay in!
