I really don't have any experience sending packages like this and I was wondering if someone could tell me if I can send CD's to my man in Pleasant Valley? If so, how do I go about it? Do they have to be sent direct from a dealer? Does it have to be part of a quarterly package? Or can I send them whenever? Does he have to send me any forms? What about CSP-Sacramento, is it different there? I have a friend that I would like to send something to cheer him up and I don't know the rules....Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
