My fiance has served one year of a four year sentence. We don't have a TPM yet. How long did it take yall to get a TPM for the person that you know that is incarcerated? I really want a date to look forward to, one that is closer than that Maximum release date. How much longer will i have to wait?

My fiance was given a TPM about 9 months after he was sentenced. Try calling the parole board and ask them. Ask to speak to a hearing examiner, they should know more info than the Reps. who answer the phone. Good Luck!

My fiance ended up serving 1 yr on his 3 yr sentence. Of that one year, we did not receive a TPM until after he had been in 11 months and ironically the month we received the TPM was the month of his TPM, He was then released a month later.

it took my brother a year and a half to get his TPM. He sat in County for almost a year, then diagnostics for 8 months, then once he was sent to Rutledge, he finally got his TPM. Have you tried calling the 800 number? That's how we found out. I just started calling one day and many many days later, it was finally there. Good luck!!

It took over a year and then after I wrote and called and wrote some more they agreed that there were errors on his grid and in their process (long story) and now we are waiting AGAIN! he has been in over 2 years.

IF I remember correctly he was sentenced 11-26 went to diagnostics 2-26 went up for parole in 7-04 was denied and they say he will not go before board again. Officially I suppose his tpm was 7-04 and I think we found out in July. Keep calling the hotline or call the Atlanta number and ask someone in pardons and parole.
