Well that was to obvious, I must have seen that link 100 times and it went right over my head.

It's here but I followed the link and only got the first page in PDF and I searched the web to no avail.

After downloading and opening a screen comes up stating no preview is available. Never happened before so not sure what is up. Thanks for the help.

It requires Adobe Reader www.adobe.com

And if you're on a Mac 10.2.8 or lower it will not recognize the hyper links to the chapters. So you only get the one page.

Ok I have adobe thats why it comes up for me.....Dang it GC I was all excited thinking I found the right thing for you LOL If there wasn't so much to it I'd copy it and email it to you but its huge! Is there something specific you want me to look for?
