Ok, my hubby is obviously in prison, but here's the kicker. I NEED SOMEONE PLEEEEEAAAAASE to help me with a 3.850 motion (ineffective counsel). We are in FLORIDA and I need someone who is very familiar with this. It is a sex offender case and I have been told by several lawyers that there is room for an appeal, but they want money to reseach it....I don't have $5000 just for them to find case law. If there is anyone that can give me case law for reasons for a 3.850 motion that is either recent or things that have been overturned....I have looked at the FL statutes website and that wasn't any help at all...it doesn't give case law that has ammended that statute. I only have 1 year left to do this before time expires. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Thanks...
