Okay I posted this in the Coning hone fourm but was advised I may get more info asking someone in my state!

So My sweetie was given his Parole information on Friday, he wants to keep his release date a secret from me and surprise me, so does anyone know how far in advance Inmates receive that information? Any help is appreciated!

From what I know, it seems they meet with their parole officer 6 months before their release date. I'm not certain if that is the case in every situation though.

Six months. My husban has already sign his parole papers and he comes home in may.
