My boyfriend was sentenced by a Cleborne County judge. It is an 18 month sentence(they said he would only do 9). They also call it drug rehab, insted aof prison? They let him out on bond and we have to call every Monday morning, it has been 2 months and although every Monday we are relieved, there is a part of me that wants to just get it over with. I am 3 months pregnant. Is there a way for us to find out where on the list he is and some kind of time line? We have no idea where it will be either. Thanks for any help. We also want to know what he is allowed to take with him.

I am so envious! My husband was sentenced out of Cleburne county and he got 60 years for a first time drug offense (less than 3 grams of meth). He has been in 7 years now.

I'll try the best I can to help you, but I'm not for sure on it. I'm guessing the 9 months is the Substance Abuse program, I believe that is how long it is. But with all of these new drug courts they might have something else set up. I would suggest calling the prosecuting attorney or the sheriff's office, they would have more up to date info.
Once you find out exactly what and where, have him call and ask.
