Hi all, i know i posted a question and asked anyone if they have heard anything new amout truth and sentencing, then say an article in the Milwaukee Jouranl in Wisconsin, about the judges having a say to early release to some prisoners. according to the offence, well according to what i read and the classifications for those who can write the judge for an early release my fiances charge is not even on there, the lowest offence that can ask for early release is offences for burlary,and some others listed, but his is unclassified. drunk driving is on there, but with injury or death. his is drunk driving no accidents, no injury, 2 yrs sentence. may be eligable for a reduction seving 65% or 75%. i sent him the article and told him to write the judge, i figure it is worth a try
if others with more serious offences can ask for early release, he sure can...right..does anyone know of this. this is Wisconsin???????????????????????????Merilee:fb:
