Is there a prison or jail in Northern California called Chico? Or is there a town called Chico?

There is a town about 1 hour north of San Francisco called Chico, home of Chico State University, but not a State Prison. They may very well have a fire camp up that way but I'm not sure on that one.

I'll look into Camps, Private Facilities and Federal Prisons and get back to you.

Now there is a Town in the Inland Empire, South of LA called Chino and they have the California Institution for Men, California Institution for Women and the California Rehabilitation Facility nearby in Norco. The first 2 are level 1 facilites and CRF is a drug treatment facility that houses both men and women.
