Hey guys, Skip just copied (long hand) his time sheet and sent it to me. As of 1/28/03, he has served 2 mos, 18 days. With good/work time, they show him at 5 mos, 17 days, and it does say *MANDATORY SUPERVISION PROSPECT on the time sheet. It looks like he is getting about 2.5 to 1. There is one section there that says
PAROLE STATUS: BPP DATE.

Any clue what this means? They are showing his discharge date with commutation and trusty time as 10/14/2003, and I have my fingers, legs, eyes, and brain crossed!! LOL

Any input is welcome!

I am sorry that I don't know what that stands for, but I do have a 1-800 number that you can call for him since he is in the state of Texas. i got it off of their web site. Here it is. It will tell you when he will come up for parole, and when the projected release date is. I think there are about three different things it can tell you. Oh and I called it on a weekend, that is about the only time it isn't busy.
