Where can I find the necessary paperwork for a Petition for Early Release from Federal Probation in New York State?

I don't think there is such a form. I've been bugging my USPO about this now for several months. I just got off the phone with her and what she told me was that the Massachusetts district doesn't recommend or deny any such requests (interesting that a policy for a Federal agency can change from location to location). She said I would need to file something with the sentencing judge and just ask for it. She said she didn't think it needed to be a formal motion, but that a letter might suffice. I'm still looking into doing this the "right way" and am having lunch with my attorney next week. I'll see if he has any other opinion on this.
